South Valley

Hundreds of years ago, the first pueblo builders settled what is today Albuquerque’s South Valley.  Later, the Spanish came down El Camino Real (The Royal Road) which cut through this part of the Duke City.  

The South Valley is a scenic, rural area where modern subdivisions coexist with old Hispanic settlements.
