Old Town

Old Town is the birthplace of Albuquerque.  Settled in 1706, the area now boasts shops, galleries, museums, and restaurants enjoyed by visitors and Albuquerqueans alike.  Side streets with their adobe walls and hidden patios lead to the plaza and its centerpiece, the San Felipe de Neri Church.

This is the heart of the Duke City, a reminder of its Spanish Colonial beginnings and a quieter, gentler way of life.
